Because we believe that our customers should have high quality service, and that no one should suffer due to a manufacturers defective product, we guarantee that when you invest in a new furnace or central air conditioner from Tradesman Mechanical Services Ltd., operate the system in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, and have us maintain the system annually, this guarantee provides you with the ultimate peace of mind protection.
Repair Rebates & Guarantee
Since equipment breakdown can be an untimely expense, we offer the following rebates: We will refund 100% of any repair up to $300.00, and 50% of any repair up to $800.00 if you choose Tradesman to replace your furnace or air conditioner within one year of the repairs.Unless otherwise stated repair components are guaranteed for one full year.

Repair Labor warranty is 90 days, and is increased to one (1) year for Comfort Plan Customers.
100% Money Back Guarantee
If at any time during the first year of installation, you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of the equipment, our service or even our people, we will within 30 days of your request, remove the system and cheerfully refund the entire amount of the system.
Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that your comfort system will heat and / or cool your home to 72°F when the outdoor temperature is between -40°F and 92°F. We also promise a temperature variance of no more than 2°F from your setting at the thermostat location.
